GRADUATE RESEARCH STUDENT INFORMATION

What can I study?

Students undertaking a program of graduate research at ANU can do so through a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) or a Professional Doctorate by Research within an academic college, based on their supervisor's location. You can find a supervisor by searching our Researchers' database, or the academic college websites.

Getting in

To be eligible for consideration of admission to a research degree at ANU, you must already have an Australian bachelor degree with at least upper second-class honours, or equivalent, or a graduate diploma or master degree with a significant research thesis component, and there must be a supervisor or convener at ANU available to supervise your research.
