Open Day 2008 - 30 August, 9am to 4pm

  free hit counter

Open Day at ANU will help you discover all our campus has to offer, with advice on courses, enrolment and university life, from Arts to Zoology. Take a tour, or chat to the researchers and students who will be on hand to offer tips and advice.

This year, visitors will converge on the ANU Sport and Recreation Centre, where representatives from every teaching area will be based, providing detailed course advice and ideas for study options for undergraduates and postgraduates.

During the day visitors will be able to attend talks on how to prepare for life at university; career options; mature age entry and programs. There will even be a special session for parents.

Open Day provides an opportunity to observe the unique, research-driven environment at Australia’s top-ranked university. The campus offers world-class facilities, including the most powerful computer in Australia, modern laboratories and lecture theatres and two million volumes lining the shelves of several libraries. You can also explore your accommodation options by touring the halls and colleges.

No snapshot of ANU would be complete without a briefing on the comprehensive support services and social side of life at ANU, including the medical centre, counseling, banks, restaurants and sporting facilities.
