To assist you in adjusting to life in Australia, International Student Services can arrange for a representative to greet you at the Canberra Airport , Jolimont Bus Terminal or Kingston Railway Station and drive you to your pre-arranged accommodation.

If your parents or relatives are travelling with you, it is free for them as well. We will confirm that we have received your request as soon as possible. 

Complete and submit a Request to be Met on Arrival in Canberra 

The Meet and Greet Service must be arranged at least two working days (between Monday to Friday) prior to your departure. 

• On arrival at Melbourne or Sydney, allow two hours for Customs Clearance.
  
• Meet and Greet is a courtesy service. If you have more than two suitcases, you must inform us.
