The International Student Services (ISS) section of the Division of Registrar and Student Services  (DR&SS) provides welfare and general support for all international students offering advice on a range of issues; as well as advising staff on international student matters.  

Students may make appointments to see a staff member about anything that is impacting on their life at ANU.  Below is  a list of staff that you may consult on a wide range of topics, please email the relevant staff member about an appointment.

Any emails regarding admission to the University will be forwarded to the above email address's

Prospective agents/commercial organisations should kindly refrain from contacting staff members by email to seek representation arrangements with ANU, as the University is not currently seeking additional representatives. However, agents who wish to be registered to receive an invitation to apply to ANU to become official representatives (subject to any expansion of the representative network) are requested to forward a one-page summary of their operations to the following address:

All on-campus services are free, with the exception of the University Health Service. This too, however, is free  when an international student has current Overseas Student Health Cover. (OSHC)
