ANU SIGNMentoring Program

SIGN is the ANU Student Information & Guidance Network designed to help you deal with the transition to University life. SIGN matches you up with a senior student or mentor to assist you with any questions or problems that you might encounter in your first semester. It's a fun, free program to help you settle in and get the most of your University experience.
The SIGN Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for new domestic and international students to link up with later year students and learn from their knowledge and experience of campus life. The SIGN Program is available to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. If you want to become Mentor in Semester 2, 2012 , applications for continuing mentors and new post graduate mentors, are NOW OPEN and would close at 5:00pm on 13 July 2012.

Join SIGN. The opportunity exists for senior students to mentor new domestic and international students through the first few weeks of semester. Graduate coursework students must have been enrolled for at least one semester (i.e. since February 2012)Research students must have been enrolled at the ANU since at least July 2011. Undergraduate students can apply if they are continuing Mentors from previous SemestersPrevious mentors (Undergraduate and Post Graduate) are encouraged to reapply
New students coming to ANU can register as a Mentee from 29th June 2012 to have a senior student (Mentor) assigned to them .
Drop-in SessionsAny queries? Consultation hours are good opportunity to talk to someone from SIGN Team. Mondays: 10:30am - 12:00pm Wednesdays: 11:00am - 1:00 pm Fridays: 10:30am - 12:00pm
