| Undergraduate: | Accept your academic offer to obtain a gaurantee of campus approved accommodation. To be eligible for the gaurantee you must accept your offer and pay your deposit by the 27 June 2009 for the Semester 2 intake. |
| Postgraduate: | Apply for on campus accommodation but be prepared to search for off campus accommodation, and give your self plenty of time to do so. |

Meet and Greet: | To assist you in adjusting to life in Australia, International Student Services can arrange for a representative to greet you at the Canberra Airport , Jolimont Bus Terminal or Kingston Railway Station and drive you to your pre-arranged accommodation. Money Matters: | Ensure you have some Australian currency on arrival. There are Currency Converters located at all major international airports. You will be able to use your ATM card here in Australia if they have one of the logos below. You may be able to open a bank account prior to your arrival in Canberra for more information - Cash have a minimum of $500

Documents: | You should bring the following documents with you, and we suggest you make photocopies of all your important douments, leave a set at home, and have a set with you in your cabin baggage. - Your offer letter

What to Bring? | - Clothes for all seasons! If you arriving in July - remember this is the middle of our winter - it does get cold, so we recommend that you bring a coat, jumper and closed in shoes (not thongs or sandals) as a minimum. You will be able to buy clothing here in Canberra, there are several department and discount stores close to campus.
- If you are moving into a catered Hall or College ask if you need to bring your own bed linen, if you will be renting off campus you will need to supply your own bedding
- Electrical items may be more expensive in Australia
- Do you need an electrical adapter? Australian plugs have oblique flat blades ( inverted V shape) with one acting as the grounder.
