PLANNING YOUR EXCHANGEThe application process for an exchange starts long before the application deadline. You will need to check your eligibility and prepare a study plan which needs to be approved by your academic advisor before you apply to the ANU Student Mobility Program. This requires researching the most suitable universities available that hold a student exchange agreement with ANU. You will also need to ensure that you have the funds required to travel, live and study overseas for one semester. Two exchange nomination rounds are held each year after applications close, usually in May for semester one of the following year and September for semester two of the following year. The process normally begins 12 months ahead of your anticipated departure date.
