- priority will always be given to ANU students and their dependants

| Refund Policy: | Tickets are non-refundable without a valid medical certificate. If you no longer want to attend the trip you must: - organize someone to take your place,

- The new ticket holder must complete an indemnity form before a refund can be arranged

| 5:30 am | Meet on Ellery Crescent in front of the International Student Service Office, Pauline Griffin Building 11 |
| 5:45 am | Depart ANU |
| 9:45 am | Arrive at Huskisson, Jervis Bay and board the Tekin III |
| 10:00 am | Begin tour - 3 hours - light morning tea on board |
| 1:00 pm | Tour Ends |
| 1:15 pm | Hot lunch at Huskisson RSL Bistro |
| 2:00 pm | Board bus and have a quick tour of Hyams Beach |
| 3:00 pm | Depart Huskisson for Canberra |
| 7:00 pm | Aproximate arrival time at Canberra/ANU |
