Student Responsibilities

 To remain a full-time student, attend class regularly and satisfy all program requirements set by the ANU.- Remain in the chosen program and not transfer between program or change enrolment without AusAID's written approval.
- Be aware that your examination results and/or progress reports will be monitored by AusAID.
- Return home at the end of your scholarship for a period of two years.
- Follow the conditions of your student visa and advise the institution within 7 days if you apply for a change of visa status.
- Limit any employment to the hours permitted by your visa status and AusAID.
- Keep ANU informed of your address at all times.
- Advise the AusAID Liaison Officer of any change in bank account details.
- Accept personal responsibility for any debts made while in Australia and ensure these are paid before leaving the country.
- AusAID students are required to return home within 5 days after the release of examination results at the completion of their program or 5 days after the submission of thesis (and before their AusAID award end-date).
