Time is running out for mid year entry to ANU
Tomorrow (Tuesday 29 May 2001) is the Universities Admission Centre
deadline for mid year enrolment applications to study at The Australian
National University in Canberra
but students can still directly apply
to ANU until 30 June, 2001.
The flexible new entry process at ANU means a wide variety of courses
will be open for mid-year enrolment. They include first year subjects
in archaeology, European & Asian history, language studies, political
science, commerce, information technology, Australian & International
law, biology, ecology, music and visual arts. Classes start in July.
ANU Courses and Careers Sessions are being held over the next month to
help potential students decide on course options. The Law Faculty Courses
and Careers session is on Wednesday 30 May, Visual Arts on 6 June, IT,
Engineering & Science on 13 June and Economics & Business on 20
June. These sessions are jointly organised by relevant Faculties and the
ANU Careers Centre.
Students interested in undergraduate and post graduate mid-year entry
to The Australian National University can check out all available courses
on the website: http://www.anu.edu.au/psi or by ringing the ANUs
infoline on 1800 620 032.
The deadline for applications through the Universities Admission Centre
is Tuesday May 29, while direct applications to the ANU close on 30 June
2001.
