Students can apply to start at ANU in July
Now is the time to apply for mid-year enrolment at The Australian National
University in Canberra. For the first time, mid-year entry to the ANU
is possible for all students who have successfully completed first semester
studies at an Australian university.
Students will be given credit for any relevant studies they've successfully
completed.
Mid-year student classes start in July. The ANU is accepting applications
for a variety of courses through its new flexible entry process. They
include first year subjects in archaeology, European & Asian history,
language studies, political science, economics, engineering, information
technology, Australian & International law, biology, ecology, music and
visual arts.
Students who were offered a place at ANU after last year's Higher Education
Certificate, but deferred their entry, can also now apply to start studying
in July.
The deadline for applications through the Universities Admission Centre
is Tuesday May 29, 2001.
Anyone interested in mid-year entry for courses in Arts, Science, Asian
Studies, IT, Engineering, Law or Economics is urged to call the ANU's
infoline on 1800 620 032 or click

"We're building on our world-class reputation to make sure our students
