ANU Public Lecture Series: Risks and Benefits from Genetically Modified Crops

Professor Adrienne Clarke Laureate Professor at the University of Melbourne and Ambassador for Biotechnology for Victoria, Professor Adrienne Clarke will address the key issues in the current debate about Genetically Modified foods.

"Surveys show that most people are concerned about the risks to their health and to the environment. In this presentation I will discuss the current state of knowledge of both the risks and the benefits of GM crops and foods." Professor Clarke said.

This lecture would be of particular interest to rural, science and health reporters.
