Based on the Yale University campus in New Haven, Connecticut, the ANU US Development Office pursues the interests of ANU within the United States.  Its role is to win recognition and support for ANU in the US through a range of activities, including interactions with government, organisations and alumni.

In addition, the office provides an ANU point of contact for US universities (in particular IARU  partners – Yale University and UC Berkeley) and facilitates visits by ANU staff and students to the United States of America.
