Overview

The Audit & Risk Management Committee is a committee of Council. It consists of five members, of which at least one is a member of Council. The Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (the CAC Act) obliges the University, a statutory authority, to have an Audit Committee.

The Audit & Risk Management Committee Charter outlines the role and responsibilities of the Committee. Approved by Council at its meeting on 20 February 2009.
