Who: Kate Sherren 

What: Research Fellow in the Fenner School of Environment and Society.

My favourite space on campus is ... the sunny atrium of the God’s Café.

I like it because ... I largely completed my doctoral thesis there in intense editing sessions with fellow students over a flat white and spinach toast.

If I were free for an afternoon, I'd ... probably take a long bath, with a novel in hand. 

I'd like to share my space with ... the literate son of a librarian. Wait, I already do!

In my space you can usually hear … me talking to myself, or muttering incredulously at the computer.

When no-one else is watching ... I greet the campus ducks, and hold brief inter-species conversations.

If I'm not on campus …  I’m usually in my new little North Lyneham house, nesting.
