Workforce Planning at the ANU

Workforce planning, (or HR planning), is a process that is focused on understanding current and future workforce needs and taking steps to ensure these needs are met. 

It is a continuous process of shaping the workforce to ensure that it is capable of delivering University objectives now and into the future. 

The Workforce Planning unit, within the Human Resources Division, exists to assist you with your workforce planning, providing you with HR data, analysis and other information to support your workforce planning and strategy.
