As part of ANU's subscription to the HR Leadership Council we now have access to a number of short online modules designed to assist managers and supervisors.
In addition to these E-Learning modules, the HR Leadership Council website also offers a range of other resources, such as Corporate Leadership Council Research, Toolkits, Resource Centers and other information that can all be accessed from any PC with Internet connection (home, work etc), once you have registered on the site.

How to Access /Register

All that is required is to register is that you have a valid ANU email address (xxx@anu.edu.au).  Once you are registered, a log-in and password will be forwarded to you. Then when you access the system with your login and password, you'll arrive at the home page. Click on the left hand menu ‘Manager Training Center' to access the available resources.

Please note that the content is US-based.  Managers and supervisors may find these a useful short introduction to management concepts. There are also some modules relating to statistics, financial data and other business information that may be helpful.
