The ANU provides an extensive choice of counselling and advisory services for staff.

Staff can choose to access the following services:

Adviser to Staff

The Adviser is the internal provider of services for staff and also provides an advisory service for managers and supervisors.

Davidson Trahaire Corpsych (DT)

Davidson Trahaire Corpsych (DT) is one of the external providers for staff and their immediate family members. It provides a broad range of personal and work related issues as well as an advisory service for managers and supervisors.

Location: Deakin and Belconnen

Appointments: 9am to 5pm and after hours 1300 360 364

Entitlement: Limited to 4 appointments per year for staff members and their immediate family members.

Relationships Australia

Relationships Australia is the external provider for relationship counselling.

Appointments: 9am to 5pm and after hours 6122 7100

Assistance for Managers

Assistance for Managers is available to Heads, managers and supervisors in managing difficult situations with staff. Managers are encouraged to access the Human Resources Division for assistance initially, then the Staff Adviser. If further assistance is required DT also offer a ManagerAssist Service.
