16. Graduate Recruitment and Development Program (GRDP)
16.1. The University may offer employment to higher education institution graduates under its Graduate Recruitment and Development Program (GRDP), with an initial 12-month structured induction, training and development program including rotation to different work areas within the University or Division. Following successful completion of this 12-month program, employment will be confirmed at the ANU Officer 5 step 3 salary level. Thereafter, the staff member will be eligible for salary progression in accordance with clause 30 (Incremental salary progression). previous | next
