A message from the Vice-Chancellor

Dear Colleague,
Your first few days as a new staff member can be exciting and daunting but also frustrating. The most frustrating aspect is usually not knowing how the University operates and where to find information.

This Induction site will give you a broad overview of the strategic context in which you will work and introduce you to the academic areas, service units and some key people in the University. I hope it gives you the information and direction you need when you most need it.

I want this to be a University where people want to work and a place where good people are encouraged to become great!
