ESP HR User Training

HR Business Solutions provides a number of courses on using ESP HR. A full program of ESP HR courses is generally run twice a year. Some courses may be run more frequently depending on demand.

The ESP HR Training Courses available can be viewed on the ANU Training Catalogue at http://training.anu.edu.au/PublicCourseCatalogue.asp?Provider=HRDHRBS or you can use ANUBIS (HORUS) to:

1. read about the ESP HR Training Courses available
2. enrol in the ESP HR Training Courses you would like to attend

using the following instructions:

• Login to ANUBIS (HORUS): http://anubis.anu.edu.au/
• Click on the TRAINING menu
• Click on TRAINING CATALOGUE
• FILTER BY KEYWORD - select ESP HR
• Click GO [Note: there may be a few pages to browse]
• VIEW the course you want to attend (Note: Date Needed field not mandatory)
• SELECT the session you want to attend
• Click REGISTER
• ADD if you want to sign up for more courses

This system will keep a record of all training you have completed where enrolment was through ANUBIS.

Prerequisite to ESP HR Training

As a prerequisite to the Introduction to ESP HR training course you are required to complete an online PeopleSoft Navigational Tutorial. A knowledge of concepts in the Navigational Tutorial will be assumed when you attend ESP HR training.

Practising after ESP HR Training

The ESP HR Play Environment is available for you to practice what you have learnt at user training.
