HR Business Solutions

HR Business Solutions has the following responsibilities:

Manages the ANU's HR Management System, ESP HR, and provides helpdesk support and training to system users (currently implementing Oracle/Peoplesoft's version 9.0 HRMS as part of the Campus Solutions Advancement Project)
Supports HR administration at the ANU by providing business solutions for end-to-end processes and aiming to continually improve these processes through the optimal use of information technology

Much of our work is done in collaboration with HR practitioners and the Division of Information, in particular with Corporate Information Services.
