OHS Incident Reporting – New ArrangementsThe process for reporting OHS incidents will change.  An enhancement to the Human Resources and Student Administration System now allows direct reporting of incidents via HORUS (and ISIS for students) rather than the current Apollo System. Users will notice little change to the current arrangements other than logging into HORUS/ISIS rather than Apollo and a few minor changes to the information requested.  Current links to ‘OHS Incidents’ on the ANU staff homepage and the OHS webpage (http://info.anu.edu.au/hr/OHS) will continue to operate and will direct users to a HORUS and ISIS login screen.  Alternatively users can login to HORUS/ISIS directly and select the ‘Submit Incident Notification’ option from the user menu. Health, Safety and Work Environment BranchUser Guide Procedure for Reporting of OHS Incidents
