Assistance with Financials

 

The Business Solutions Office (BSO) within Finance and Business Services is responsible for the University’s Financial Management Systems, including ES Financials and OneStop Receipting.

Open Hours: Monday to Thursday - 9:00am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm
                     Friday - 9:00am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:00pm

Call the Help Desk: Ext. 59666 and follow the prompts to "help using the Finance System"

Drop in Centre

The Drop in Centre provides an environment where users can work, with Business Solutions staff, through any issues they may have within the ES Financials/OneStop Receipting Systems. Our training lab allows users the opportunity to spend time away from their hectic work environment and process work with assistance available as required.

When Tuesday 2:00pm-3:00pm,Thursday 11:00am – 12:00pm

Where: Ground Floor, Chancelry 10A.

Note: The Drop In Centre is not available during training weeks. Please consult the training page, or contact the help desk if you are unsure when Training is taking place.
