Washroom Services

The University Purchasing & Contracts Office has entered into a new preferred supplier arrangement with ISS Facilities Services for a range of washroom services which includes sanitary disposal bins, hand dryers, soap dispensers, sharps disposal containers and air fresheners.  The Preferred Supplier arrangement offers the University access to a broader range of washroom services at very competitive pricing.  The company can also provide deep cleaning services for washrooms and building pest control, although these services are not covered by this Preferred Supplier Contract.

The Preferred Supplier arrangement is a service focused one with suppliers having the proven ability to provide quality of service and support to the tertiary education sector, or to companies or institutions of similar size having similar complex needs to those of the University.

This is a three-year agreement, which commenced on 1 December 2008. The University has the option to extend this arrangement for a further two 12 month periods.

As a preferred supplier arrangement this arrangement offers the protection of the contract between ISS Facilities Services and the University as well as discounted pricing structures, a guarantee of service and consistency.
