University Procurement and Contracts Office

 

 

The University is seeking to consolidate its purchasing activities and, for this purpose, the University Procurement and Contracts Office has been given responsibility for establishing major contracts and standing offers which will represent best value for money for the University and which will be available for campus-wide use.

Although the contracts and standing offers will be non-exclusive, the University is committed to encouraging all of its cost centres to use them. The University Procurement and Contracts Office will monitor contract usage as part of its contract administration and maintenance brief.

This office will also provide advice and assistance with any procurement needs of the University and will also provide advice on the purchasing policies and procedures for the University.
