Contract Status

The following contracts/standing offers have been formally entered into by the University with the relevant supplier/s, and all University cost centres are requested to use these contracts/standing offers wherever possible. Some have benefits which are available to staff, so please check the staff benefits section for details.

Standing offers are a list of suppliers, chosen through an evaluation process, to supply goods and/or services to the University. A Standing Offer Arrangement is, as the name suggests, an arrangement of those offers.

A standing offer* is not a Contract. A Contract would not be formed unless and until the University placed an order on a supplier. At that time, the terms and conditions of Contract - which have already been agreed with the supplier and cover price, warranty and maintenance - would come into effect.
