University Fleet Services

University Fleet Services are located in the Building #53 on Garran Road.

The primary function of this team is to deliver a service to the University for the management of the Fleet of vehicles in the areas of purchasing, disposal, servicing, management reporting etc.

The team consists of Neil Ross, Fleet Manager and Fleet Support, Graham Rooks.

Fleet Services are committed to meeting our clients needs and our vision is to be recognised within the University community in the provision of Fleet Management services through:

Where possible the University Fleet Services team will assist Transport Officers and vehicle controllers with the provision of data, advice, reporting etc., and can play a more active role if required.

Fleet Services is part of University Procurement & Contracts Office and falls under the umbrella of Finance & Business Services.

An important aspect of this data collection will be the need to accurately record vehicle kilometres when purchasing fuel.

Entry of Odometre reading when refuelling a vehicle is a mandatory feature of the Leaseplan Caltex Starcard.
