University Fleet Services (UFS) are a section within the University Procurement and Contracts Office (UPCO) and a part of the Finance and Business Services Division.

The primary function of UFS is to deliver a service to the University for the management of the Fleet of vehicles in the areas of purchasing, disposal, servicing, management reporting etc.

The team consists of Neil Ross, Fleet Manager and Fleet Support, Graham Rooks. Contact details for Neil and Graham are:

The UFS team will assist Transport Officers, vehicle controllers and Finance Officers with the provision of data, advice, reporting etc., and can play a more active role if required.

An important aspect of this data collection will be the need to accurately record vehicle kilometres when purchasing fuel.

Entry of an odometre reading when refuelling a vehicle is a mandatory feature of the Leaseplan Caltex Starcard.
