Level 11, of 52 Collins Street Melbourne is available for use by all areas of the University and to a select number of external companies. External users are charged $380 for the first 4 hours (minimum) and $76 for every hour following or part-there-of. In addition users are charged a $50 cleaning fee (extra on weekends & public holidays). This includes the use of all facilities, tea and coffee, and the services of the Coordinator to operate the equipment and coordinate catering arrangements if required. Photocopying is charged at 0.15c per image. GST has been included in the above prices. There will be no charge initially for University users. However, it is recommended that the services of the Coordinator be retained as some of the equipment is difficult to operate and users are expected to ensure the premises are returned to original state on completion. University users will be charged at cost, $45 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) for the Coordinator.
