The International Student Services (ISS) section of the Division of Registrar and Student Services  (DR&SS) provides welfare and general support for all international students offering advice on a range of issues; as well as advising staff on international student matters.  

If you require  information about admission to the university please email: admiss.enq@anu.edu.au as ISS does not manage this process.

Students may make appointments to see a staff member about anything that is impacting on their life at ANU.  Below is  a list of staff that you may consult on a wide range of topics, please email the relevant staff member about an appointment. 

All on-campus services are free, with the exception of the University Health Service. This too, however, is free  when an international student has current Overseas Student Health Cover. (OSHC)
