Fraud Control

The ANU is committed to minimising the incidence of fraud through the identification of risk and the development, implementation and regular review of a range of fraud prevention and detection strategies. The devolved management structure adopted by the ANU requires that all staff take an active role in the detection, prevention and reporting of fraud. The RMAO has developed a Fraud Control Plan including a Staff Information Booklet that includes information relating to key policies such as Protected Disclosures. The RMAO is responsible for the rollout of the ANU Fraud Control Plan including training and development and detection and this commenced in late November 2006.
