Research Strategy & Planning
Effective research must be carefully planned to achieve the best outcomes. This module explores the links between your university's overall research strategy, your own research, the scoping and conceptualising of the project prior to the research commencing and research project management.

Grant & Contract Administration Workshop
Winning a research grant or contract is a real buzz! However there are fundamental administrative requirements that need addressing to ensure success in achieving stated outcomes and managing the administration of your grant. This module has been designed to provide practical assistance to research leaders.

Project Close Out Workshop
A good project close out and review process is reliant on successful processes for setting goals, priorities, project definitions, scope, schedules and budgets as well as having effective controls for monitoring and tracking changes during the life of the project.
