Delegations by Budget Unit (Summary Tables)

Summary Tables are organised by budget unit category for academic and administrative units and show the current delegates and delegations assigned by the principal delegate (the head of the budget unit). The University recognises the budget units identified on the Academic units and Administrative units web pages. To see a summary of the delegations click on the relevant link below and then on the name of the relevant unit. To jump to a particular unit, use the links shown at the top of the page.

To complete a new summary table for your area:

Open the blank Excel sheet in a new window.
Complete the table cells (you will not be able to change any formatting or cell labels).
Save the file (select File, Save As)
Email the file to the Delegations Administrator
Send hard copies of the signed Assignment of Delegations form to the Delegations Administrator.
File copies of the Excel file (Summary Table) and signed Assignment of Delegations forms in your official Delegations file.
